Yumi Ozawa: The Sun

Yumi Ozawa is one of two possible representatives of the Sun arcana in Persona 4; the other one is Ayane Matsunaga.

Yumi is not just a member of the drama club, she lives and breathes acting. It’s just the escape she needs to get away from the drama at home, with her cheating father and her mother who still forgives him in spite of it all. When her father comes crawling back with the revelation that he’s terminally ill, Yumi is very conflicted. Should she hold tight to her anger and resentment, or let it go? In her social link, you’ll help Yumi through this difficult time in her life.

Tips

• To start Yumi’s social link, on April 25 you will be given the choice to join the drama club or the music club. Pick the drama club for this variant of the Sun social link.
• Yumi will be available on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but not on rainy days. Bring a Sun persona when you spend time with her, and you’ll gain more points for her social link.
• During summer break you won’t get to see your school friends much, so raise this social link quickly in the spring, or wait for fall to do most of it.
• Yumi is a possible love interest for the protagonist, but you don’t get to make her your girlfriend until the rank 10 conversation. Don’t cheat on her, or you’re going to have a rough time on Valentine’s Day…
