Puzzle Mode

In Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix, a new side quest was added to encourage players to level up their drive forms. Puzzle mode (found in the collections section of Jiminy’s Journal) allows you to complete six puzzles with official art, using a total of 144 pieces that you find across the worlds of Kingdom Hearts II. This has been carried over to Kingdom Hearts 2.5.

Many of these puzzle pieces require you to know abilities like High Jump (learned by leveling Valor Form) or Glide (learned by leveling Final Form). With this guide, you can find all of the puzzle pieces and earn some unique rewards for putting the puzzles together. Let’s start with the Awakening puzzle!

You can either attempt to use dash and jump as you reach the ledge, and hold down square and circle (X and B for Xbox players) to fly into it. Or, you can wait until Sora learns Combo Master in the last world and do a full air combo to reach it.

6	Agrabah, Cave of Wonders: Treasure Room	None	Behind a pile of treasure to the west of the entrance.

30	Pride Lands, Elephant Graveyard	Dash	Once you obtain dash for your lion form, dash off a long ledge, holding the button down to fly into this piece that’s floating in the air.
