How to Save Everyone in Killer Frequency
In Killer Frequency, you play as Forrest Nash, a radio broadcaster in the small town of Gallows Creek. On a foggy autumn night in the year 1987, you are forced to take over the emergency line when a serial killer kills the police chief and puts the 911 dispatcher in danger. You must talk to every caller and help them out of their situation, with the help of your producer, Peggy. The game features 80s music and technology, so expect to see plenty of floppy discs and cassette tapes in the station. There are also many references to 80s horror films; check the map to see if you can spot some!
This guide to the Killer Frequency Not All Talk achievement will help you save every potential victim of the Whistling Man. If you manage to speedrun the whole game in under 4 hours while saving everyone, you’ll also get the Forrest Dash achievement. Timed dialogue options will be written in red to help you notice when they’re coming up. Let’s get started with our first caller, Leslie, after the Table of Contents.

Leslie Harper
Leslie, Gallows Creek’s 911 operator, is our first caller, and she is trying to save Deputy Martinez at the police station. Here’s what to say to get them both out alive:
- Find another set of keys?
- Check Sheriff Matthews?
- Lock the doors!
- Take a police cruiser!
- Take the Sheriff’s gun?
- Can you see any other weapons?
- Take the taser.
Leslie will have to hang up for a bit, then she’ll call back.
- Leslie? What’s happening?
- Drive!
The next caller is a prank caller, so stop him when given the option. After that, though, there’ll be a real call.

Sandra Sharpe
Sandra is the jazz dance instructor at the local dance studio. To escape the Whistling Man, she’ll have to hotwire her car. First, go into the men’s bathroom and get a car thief magazine from the first stall on the left. Bring it back into the booth and put it on your stand so you can read the instructions, then call Sandra back. Here’s what to tell her:
- Put the screwdriver into the ignition and twist clockwise.
- Unscrew the steering column.
- Do your jazz breathing. Don’t panic.
- What’s the serial number on the steering column?
- Strip and twist together the red and yellow wires.
- Strip the purple wire and brush against the twisted wires!
With this she should survive. After Sandra escapes, take a call from Ponty’s Pizza, then after you’ve done that and played an ad, it’s time for the next emergency call.

Maurice Russell
Maurice is the lead editor for the town’s newspaper, and he’s being stalked at his office. Time to help him set a trap for the Whistling Man and buy time to escape. First, grab his fax in the room with a bunch of desks, then bring it back and start talking to Maurice:
- Call the editor’s office.
- Go to the kitchen.
- Can you lock him in a room?
- Use a radio?
Maurice makes his move to get the radio from the archives room, then he calls you back:
- Maurice, turn the volume down!
- Call the board room.
- I’m sure. Make the call.
- I’ll impersonate Mr. Russell.
- Hide in your cabinet.
- Instead of answering the next timed question, don’t answer and let the time run out.
Now that Maurice has survived, go downstairs and collect the tape from under the door, and bring it back to play it on air. Maurice calls back again after that with bad news: the Whistling Man has escaped.

Dr. Virginia Sullivan
Your next emergency call is Dr. Virginia Sullivan, who’s trapped and needs to get help from the nearby frat house. Problem is, she can’t go over and get help, so you decide to help her by smuggling a message to the frat boys by ordering them food. Look in the kitchen downstairs and you should find a Ponty’s Pizza box in the trash can. Bring it back upstairs with you and call Peggy to put the plan in motion. She’ll put you through to the pizza place. Here’s your responses:
- Call Ponty’s Pizza
- FRAT MAN CALLING
- Garlic Bread
After playing some music and talking to Peggy, the frat boys will call you. You’ll have to prove your identity for them to help you.
- This is Forrest.
- Play “The Flow” on the record player.
After proving you’re legit, the party will move next door, saving Virginia and scaring the killer away.

Eugene Stine
The next emergency call is from Eugene Stine, a nerdy teenaged boy who was supposed to meet a date in the Maize Maze, but instead he’s being stalked by the Whistling Man. After grabbing the map from downstairs, return to the call and give these instructions to Eugene to lead him out of the maze:
- Go left!
- Go backwards!
- Go left!
- Go right!
- Go right!
With this, Eugene will make it to the exit alive.

Murphy
Murphy, a redneck who learned karate by tape, foolishly challenged the serial killer on air, and now he’s trapped in a dumpster at the Gallows Waste Disposal, about to be crushed to death. You must find someone nearby to run over and rescue him. By listening to Murphy, you could figure out where he is, but here’s how to help Katherine find him:
- Call Katherine.
- Katherine – Recycling!
- Katherine, go to the crusher!
- Henderson!

Carrie and Friends
Pranks on girls named Carrie never seem to end well. When one of her friends pretends to be the Whistling Man to scare her, the real one shows up and kills him. The rest of the kids will need your guidance to escape, but they’ll need to fulfill specific roles to effectively carry out the plan. Find the friendship quiz in the corner downstairs, then bring it back to the booth. Tell her these options to get all of her friends out, minus Jimmy, who just got stabbed:
- Heather
- Jennifer
- Hot David
- Lisa
- Chad
After a bit, Carrie will call back. Tell her to focus and she’ll survive, too.

Finding Dawn’s Record
After a few more calls, a caller named Dawn will ask you to play a certain song. But Peggy threw it outside earlier since a colleague was playing it too much. You’ll have to go outside into the very spooky alleyway to retrieve it.
Go downstairs, through the reception desk, and out the fire door. You’re locked out now. Yikes. Go to the left alley to find the record sitting on a dirty mattress, as well as a fusebox. You’ll need to replace the fuses so that the number adds up to 70.
There’s a working green fuse in place that has a value of 5, so you’ll need to either get one green and two red, or one red, one yellow, and one blue fuse. The fuses are scattered on the ground throughout the area. Put in the right combo, and you’ll open the elevator shaft. Enter the janitor’s closet and open the lockers to reveal a secret room, then return to Peggy and tell her what you found.

Chuck Brody
The secret room had a billboard that Forrest automatically brings up to the booth. You’ll need to figure out the clues on it to find the Whistling Man’s next victim and warn them in time. Here’s what to answer:
- Chuck Brody
- The Gas Station
- RUN!
Thanks to your quick deduction, Chuck will survive his attempted assassination.

Clive’s Clues
After saving Chuck, it’s time to go to the basement storage room to find all of the clues Clive left behind. Grab the key from Clive’s secret room (it’s in the back wall where the board was), then go to the blue door at the end of the hallway.
Start by heading right and following the path, looking for tape recorders on the shelves. Listen to the tapes and pick up the documents along the way. Even if you’re speedrunning, you do need to pick those up for it to count. You should pass a power box which you’ll need to access later. After reaching the end of the maze, go back to the start, and this time head left and grab the delivery note and the user manual for the security system, which you’ll need later. Return to the intercom in the first room and talk to Peggy, then head back upstairs with those two documents in hand.

Sandra’s Secrets
Soon you should have another conversation with Sandra Sharpe about the past. To get the best possible outcome for this conversation, here’s what to pick:
- That sounds nice.
- Are you keeping secrets?
- You okay?
- We know.
- Sure.
- Of course.

Roller Ricky
After a few more calls, you’ll get Dawn on the phone again. This time, she’s trying to get into “her apartment”, but she needs the security code to get into the gate. DO NOT TRUST HER. If you listen to what she says, you’ll learn she’s actually trying to break into the roller rink. If you got the security system manual and delivery note from the basement earlier, you’re good to go. Otherwise, go retrieve them and come back.
To save Roller Ricky, give Dawn the alarm test activation code. It will set off the building’s alarms, scaring off the killer and saving both Ricky and his dog, Max.

Casey
Casey calls in a panic. Her friend Jason was just stabbed by the Whistling Man, and he needs medical attention. Since the ambulance was destroyed by the Whistling Man and Casey can’t drive, he can’t be taken to the hospital. After a phone call with one of the nurses at the hospital, you will have to help Casey stabilize Jason and find someone who can bring the right medical equipment to do so. Here’s how to get him stable:
- How is Jason?
- Don’t touch the knife.
- We need to secure the knife.
- Use the laundry.
- Okay.
- Any suggestions?
Next, to find a colleague who has enough medical knowledge to help Casey, you’ll need to enter your boss Reggie’s office downstairs and look through the employee files. It’ll be in the staff hallway behind reception, in the door marked “Private”.
To save time, the code to the safe is 1107 (it’s on a post it note on the desk). Open it and grab the white floppy disc labeled “John Hedges”. Put this disc into the computer, then call Peggy back on the intercom. Jason has taken a turn for the worse, and he’s going into shock. Here’s how to keep him alive long enough for John to arrive:
- He’s going into shock.
- Elevate Jason’s legs.
- Apply an additional bandage.
- Be strong for Jason.
- John Hedges.
- Someone’s been stabbed.
Now head back upstairs, having saved Jason, and play some music to celebrate. This will be your last real opportunity to get all collectibles and play all the ads, so if you haven’t gotten some things done, do them before continuing. When you’re ready, hit Peggy’s button to start the endgame.

Power Outage
You’ll get a couple of calls from people you saved earlier, updating you on their situation. However, during one of those calls, your power will go out. It’s time to head back into the basement storage and find the backup generator button. You probably saw it earlier, it’s in the picture above. Hit the button to restore power to the station…
Was that a whistle we just heard, in real life? Peggy is in danger! Run back up to Peggy’s booth, which is now wide open, and she’s nowhere to be found. Enter the booth and the door will shut behind you. It’s time to confront the Whistling Man.

Teddy Gallows Jr.
To buy time for the cops to arrest the Whistling Man, we’ll have to stall for time with a conversation. Answering correctly will also spare Teddy Gallows Jr. from a grisly fate. This is how to do it:
- I’ll do it.
- I can do that.
- Be honest, Teddy.
- Whistling night, right?
- Did you ask Ricky?
- Just a prank?
- How did you feel?
- Who was under the mask?
- How do you know?
- Then why the cover up?
- He wasn’t a blip.
- Answer the question.
- You’ve been through hell.
- The School Gym!

Peggy and Forrest
As soon as you’re done with the dialogue to save Teddy, grab this card to your left and examine it. Forrest will automatically bring this card up if you’ve looked at it, so keep it in your hand and you should be fine. Enjoy the ending and be proud of the outcome you’ve gotten. You saved them all, beaten Killer Frequency, and earned the Not All Talk achievement!
